Pigment Powder Sets

Choose from Neon or Metallic.  Neon set includes pink, green, blue, orange and yellow.  Metallic includes gold, silver, copper and bronze.  

All you need is a little dab on a brush to add color or shimmer to paper or objects.  If you add a tiny bit of water to the color, it becomes a paintable substance, otherwise use dry to dust on your surface.
